Mary Anns was a working farm house until around 30 years ago when it lay empty until it was completely restored by the present owners

The cottage is comfortably furnished and has a log burning stove in the lounge and oil fired central heating throughout. The modern kitchen has all appliances needed including a Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and microwave etc.

All bed linen is supplied as well as towels and drying cloths and all crockery and cutlery is also supplied.

At the rear of the property there is an enclosed area suitable for barbecues.

At the front there is a large lawn area and parking space for several cars. The driveway also has a double gate to close the property off from the road.

Mary Anns has two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with toilet/wash hand basin, and one twin room downstairs

The bathroom, which is down stairs, has a shower cubicle suitable for guests with mobility difficulties plus a toilet and hand basin.

Mary Anns is on the north bound side of the A1 dual carriage-way from Dublin to Belfast.

It is approx… 6 miles from Newry and 5 miles from Banbridge and 2 miles south of Loughbrickland village.

Being on the main A1 road, Mary Anns is ideal to use as a base to explore the surrounding counties
